Craigslist - I have a couple of questions???

Not sure that this is a 'new thread' topic BUT there is a lot of talk and activity about Craigslist and I'm curious abouut searching on it....

IS there a way to search 'all locations'???

I hear of people buying stuff outside of their region but don't really see any way to search other than by each area individually.

I understand a lot of the caveats about dealing with buyers, I've done a few deals but not nearly as many as I have done on Ebay and RC Tech....

So, how 'bout sharing your experiences doing 'cross country' deals???
