Quick question regarding RC10T CVDs
I want to upgrade my current dog bones with MIP CVD's. Will a CVD set for the T4 work on the T? If not, then what will?
Any other options??

Is your goal to keep the 1/4" axles or are you wanting to swap to 3/16 axles, bearings, and wheels?

So are the T4 axles a 3/16"? Are there advantages with going to 3/16 other than it being a little thicker and possibly stronger?

Not sure about the T4 stuff, too new for me
As far as the 3/16, it's actually a smaller axle but uses a bearing with larger balls thus is a bit tougher setup. It also allows you to use "more modern" rims. I can't speak to how modern, but more modern than the 1/4" stuff

T4's work fine, thats what i use in my 10t.
do they make the newer style with the pin retaining clip for t4's? i've lost races because of that pin, so if they are availible get the newer version.
shiny or black, makes no difference.

The retaining clip sounds like a great idea. I always used heat shrink bitd.

shrink wrapped t4 cvd's are the wsy to go, imo. Just don't forget to to get the aluminum wheel spacers too, you will need them with the longer t4 axles.
