Hi, I need info on what would have been correct servo mounts for a #7011 RC10T. Would they have used the white 6336 mounts or a black version or tape, don't think it would be the tape, because my kit has the mechanical speed controller. Thank you Marlon. :mrgreen

If the other parts are black, they were also. I haven't consulted the great timeline but iirc the 7011's were more black than white. They were the same style as the white ones, the gt and t2 went to the newer style plasticy pre drilled units

i'm pretty sure servos were taped down on the trucks because of the servo being mounted on the opposite side of the tub.
edit: just noticed the msc thing. that servo would have used mounts, whatever color the rest of the nylon is. steering servo was taped.

Damn I'm out of it! Scr8p is right, servo tape per the manual. Sorry, I lied! But yes, the MSC servo mounts would be black. Bypass piece was still yellow

Ok, so it did come with posts, For sure the tape. I have a nib RC10T team truck, it has tape, wouldn't have the post do to the need of an esc. Right on! Should I dye my posts black, or leave em? Marlo

It's up to your preference, but they generally were the same color as the rest of the parts
There were some transition where some parts were white and black but I don't know if the trucks were affected as much as the buggies
