After cartwheeling my world's car thru the air and deciding to go easy on her, I decided to buy a 10t. Just won the auction and now wait

This will get the Novak XBR esc I'm waiting on in the mail. 17.5 brushless. And another traxxas link receiver I have laying around.

Thanks for the good comments. Now that I have the RC fever again I have to watch the money I spend. So I'm doing a budget build with mostly used parts. New bearings and some suspension parts. I'll spend the money where I need to. Maybe ill call it the Meatwagon.

once you have enough posts you can apply for the b/s/t section (buy, sell, trade) and you can find almost anything you need at prices better then ebay, from sellers / members that actually know what they are selling/trading.

until then search/read the forums, post up your questions and we'll all be more then happy to help

I would have been in a bidding war with you at the end, but I spaced and missed it by a few minutes.
It's a very nice looking truck, and you got it for a pretty good deal in my opinion.
I just sealed the deal on a 10T on RCU though, so I got one anyway!

after letting another 10T slip away a couple days before, I decided id buy this one regardless of what it went for. Ive been reading a lot on this site and everyone here seems to be very helpful.

Yeah. The forums seem a bit slower than what I'm used to other places, but it definitely seems like a nice place to hang out!
My truck should be here tomorrow, so I can start actually posting about my own truck, instead of going around looking for things to comment on :p
I'm jealous of your unpainted body though. What I really want is one of the wacky neon schemes that really just screams "I'm totally vintage"
but my truck came with a fairly conservative navy blue and black scheme. Oh well.

I recieved the truck last week. Tore it completely down and washed thr chassis and bleached the nylon. I re assembled it with RPM arms front and rear. RPM center bellcrank link and new Associated tie rod ends. The truck was already upgraded with bearings troug out. The truck also got a set of MIP CVDs for 1/4" rear axles.I hate searching for lost dogbones.

Traxxas Velineon ESC and motor combo scored from a friend for $30 total.

This thing is crazy fast with a 550 brusless. My slipper hates life. Just ordered a T4 slipper assembly with a Rpm top shaft.

Bit the bullett and cut the old Viper body from my Worlds Car to fit the truck. I like it better than the truck body.
