Hopefully next year they'll have a very Clod Heavy Metal class to report on.

My JRXT is in the bottom LH corner of the first page, Lazer on the second, and my Pro SE is buried behind a couple of 10's on the third page.

i think the issue is this is a vintage site, people wanted more vintage info/pics.. all in all i understand how life works rccaraction is not paying the bills with vintage rc. i do think rccar action should do 1 mag of just vintage stuff .. just 1 time a year, i bet that will sell well and be a must buy for rc fans ..

i never got a copy of the mag, was there an article with the race info, winners, pics?

if anyone has a copy can you scan it?

erich, some of the dissapointment stems from the fact that alot of pics/video were taken and you didn't post them here, so we assumed that they'd be in the mag/blog. well 99% of them aren't. it would be nice to see some more of them.

post them here.

Well I'll give you a lesson the handful of dirt oval racers (myself included) have learned. The way to get the coverage you're looking for us certainly not by being negative about what you HAVE received. From any magazines side of it, we look at not only how it supports our advertisers but also the reader response we get for from it. At the end of the day, hearing "not good enough" will never give anyone a reason to do more. Don't let your segment of this awesome hobby go the way onroad and oval have. Positive feedback will always be more of a reason to do more of what you want and members of this site eating their own (you don't know me but I've been a very active member here nearly since 10talks beginning) that's not only working at a magazine but also putting on the ONLY vintage trophy race, will certainly never garner any favor either.

Pete I'll grab you the issue and drop it off at your work this week :)

i just want to start out and say thanks for all you have done.. im kinda sad about all this.. i feel like your feeling like you did all this and YOU are getting negative feed back.. i dont think thats the case.. i think what you have done is great and what sucks is now the world we live in everything cost so much money you cant just have a huge section of a mag taken up by something that does not make money.. sad but that how business works
