who wants a deal on a new composite craft rc10 chassis?
ive been looking into getting a composite craft chassis for a all new rc10 build.. heres the catch on getting a deal on the chassis, you need a good chassis to lend them to copy.. since they are in business to make $$ i think give them a copy of a chassis that most people want and can use.. i was thinking a rc10 team graphite chassis.. i feel this chassis is best cause it has holes for 6 gear and stealth and the front end dosent have any a-arm clearence problems like some other graphite chassis.. i bet the chassis will be a good price. the double race chassis they sell goes for $85 so i bet the single chassis will be cheaper (even cheaper for the person who lends them a chassis) heres the contact info and a pic(stolen from here) of the chassis im talking about.

I sent off an a stamp chassis, nose plate, and towers and haven't heard a peep. So they just want to copy? I figured they would use the holes and come up with their own. Guess not. I would like one tho-- but I don't have one to send as a pattern

Is this a composite craft chassis? I don't remember any having trailing arm mounts, but the material looks just like theirs. It just showed up today, as you can see its 6 gear only but still a start.. .

cool chassis but i think its harder to get parts for that chassis then the chassis they already makejwscab wrote:that is a houge chassis for houge trailing arms. I think it was made by composite craft for houge though.

Instead of copying another chassis they should just cut a buggy version of their 10T chassis with a wider kick-up and rear-end.

The 10t chassis longer than a normal buggy so standard bodies won't fit rightPhin wrote:Instead of copying another chassis they should just cut a buggy version of their 10T chassis with a wider kick-up and rear-end.

Re: who wants a deal on a new composite craft rc10 chassis?
It needs to be basically the foot print of the original but the shape of their worlds chassis. Not sure how or if the upper chassis would work out with the wide front end tho
I wouldnt mind a shorter version with the wide rear and 10t narrow front for oin buggies

Isn't the current chassis CC is calling a 10T the same as their old Worlds chassis which was buggy length? The old CC 10T chassis had a different shape with a stock width rear end and a different top deck.shodog wrote:The 10t chassis longer than a normal buggy so standard bodies won't fit rightPhin wrote:Instead of copying another chassis they should just cut a buggy version of their 10T chassis with a wider kick-up and rear-end.

Yes it is from the Older Composite Craft/RPM "Worlds" chassis that I sent him over a year ago. I told him about the 10T thing, Kim just has not gotten time to fix the description yet.Phin wrote:Isn't the current chassis CC is calling a 10T the same as their old Worlds chassis which was buggy length?
