Awsome! Very drool-worthy indeed! 8)

Love the combination of the grainy-Graphite, alongside the 'smattering' of blue Trinity parts, its not OTT, just the right balance  Keeping the white nylon collers is also a masterstroke, adding a splash of bright white that lifts the O/A look 8)

Its funny looking at the angle of those wishbones/arm - they would be on full droop - no wonder we used such heavy roll bars & stiff springs to control the roll!

Cheers Dan, very happy with this build, I know its pretty much the same as my others, but thats kinda the idea really.

I have some blue anodised shock collars, but like you, I thought the white ones looked cool and decided to keep them.

I noticed that too, the arms are at crazy angles, the roll center must soooo low! Really suprised this car was actually competitive with this setup.

hehehe, thanks! I've got some rare Losi fluo-yellow 5 spokes to go on there, like the original white ones, with some original Losi tyres also. Rick sent them over to me a few days ago, so should be here soon!!

I havent done a great deal TBH, just new chassis and covers, and then a sprinkling of Trinity parts and Titanium hinge pins :D

Hopefully later in the week I'll get time to put the MIP driveshafts on, should look sweet after that.

I just need a new Stratus 1.0 shell from somewhere...Cedric had one but already had holes in it :-(

In fact I was looking through all my old parts in the loft the other day and found an original sticker sheet for it, still brand new, so thats cool.

Really happy with it, glad I went with the CVD's instead of the stock items, they finish it off nicely.

My wheels & tires have arrived from Rick, but they are in a real state (not Ricks fault, its how they were when we purchased them) but I am currently soaking them in some peroxide (love this stuff) and already they are coming up brighter.

Stay tooned....

Would it be possible for you to measure the size of the wheel hexes? I just got a used SW, but the wheels dont fit over the hexes.. not sure if the wheels or the hexes themselves are aftermarket.

I am pretty sure they're 10mm hexes. I think the standard now is 12mm.

Some of it from eBay, most of it from Cedric (kenooze) on this forum, although I think I've bled him dry of blue bits :-)

Oh and there's a good shop online, the link can be found on the vintagelosi.com website.

Man, that thing is looking lush! 8)

Looks just 'right' in my opinion. The white shock collars are more understated than the blue, very nice!

Cheers Dan, I am super happy with it too, came up better than I thought it would. I have some more Trinity pieces on the way too ;-)
