It's still being finished up but here is the modified control arm. Extra long reach and heavy duty to the max!

Thanks Jeff! I wanna try some more lexan at some point, I think it will be a lot nicer cut with less chatter. This will also allow me to cut some bigger material, the dually chassis is going to be a priority!

Just got a pic of the extended arm all finished up. He made a stop and machined it so there is no need for a adjustment bolt. Added a tab for the vacuum. Aligned and triple checked for dead square. I should have it soon and I can get to cutting!

Finally got around to building a switch box. It probably seems lazy- and it is! But instead of reaching around for the vacuum switch and router switch now they are easily accessed 8)

Plus I just like to build silly crap like this box lol

nah, that seriously adds to the convenience and time savings. makes the job that much more enjoyable. How's the dust with the vacuum right there at the routing bit?

The dust isn't bad at all as long as I keep the router on the suction side of the part im doing. I'm just using a shop vac, not a dust collector, so considering that I'm quite pleased

I didn't realize until today that I have not updated my pics, I'll try to put up some of the finished piece tonight

Here are the pics showing it as I use it. Stocked and ready to cut some material.
Underneath is the shop vac and water/dust filter.
