b2/b3 universals should fit exactly where the 1/4" cvds fit and are 3/16" axles. Then you need bearings to fit the 3/16 axles.

If you were going with straight universals from AE they would.have to be B2- 3/16, those may be 1/4 bit all you had to do was drill the 1/4 rim to 3/16 and the fit on the newer axles-

3/16 with all the foams I'm sending you, so you'll need a Losi 2038/2021 rear hub or equivalent (CW/Putnam etc) to run the foams on the bomber-
And your B3/Phoenix BX 2 rear wheels should still work as well---I'll mock some up this eve and add pics here.

Remember, the only difference in a b2 3/16 cvd and RC10 1/4 cvd is the outer axle-

If I remember correctly the latest b3 ones were longer to match the new arm/hub combo

reg, i went through the terminator the other night. i removed those weird plates, installed the new shock towers (put that odd rear tower on the bomber, it looks like it was made well) and turned the rear end around back to mid motor. is there anything special i have to do to the trans/motor plate to run it in mid motor? right now the spur is on the left side of the car.

what are my options for front body mounting for a bomber or late model body?
back when i last built a late model (89-90) we used wide bumpers with body posts on the ends.
is there anything else we can do now?
i did find a jg style kydex front bumper and i bought it, just looking to see if there's a better way.
atm i'm thinking about mounting a 85 monte ss body on it, the 9" wide one from mcallister.

Can you post any pics of your Term as you progress?
Just picked one up and think I'm going to get it going.
Will the TC3 threaded shocks work all the way around on a terminator 2.25 RC10 conversion, or is there a better option?

my local track / lhs is willing to put in a dirt oval in the center of their 1/5 tri dirt tri oval.

my question, if you (anyone) was going to race here would you rather a traditional oval or a tri oval?
i'm not even getting into banking yet, still have to get the material delivered and get it down first before i start banking, banking will come, but later.

what type of clay? super smooth (tendency to get dusty faster) or more abrasive? i'm not even sure if i have a choice, it's up the the owner to get the material.

lane width?

Oh, oh, ohhhhhhhhhh, oh, oh!

40 is just a nutty kickup. It was on the R&D Terminator designed by Rob and his dad and gave crazy initial steering but left everything else on the table after that. Although after talking to Scr8p this weekend it may have come into play on the hardwood ovals they ran in PA too-

The 20 is the gold standard for anti-dive in dirtoval cars with non swept arms and has been for close to 20 years, CW cars always had 15, until 2002-

A few of the more progressive guys have played with 17.5 deg through 27.5deg (I sold Ford a A-Main nats car with a variable 22.5-25-27.5 plate). But 20 gives the best balance in 99% of drivers.

I know there are others I haven't answered....been busy the last few weeks, PM'S coming to both of you guys tonight@
