RC10GT Fuel Type?
I picked up this truck tonight for $50, which I believe is an RC10GT, but I do not know for sure. Assuming I am correct, do these truck motors run on the newer 20% Nitro fuel or an older type fuel-like airplanes? Engine has .15 on side. and the Team Associated logo on it. Thanks for any info.

Great price, its a RTR RC10gt. Fun truck. Use car 20%. Probably best to pick up a spare glow plug while your at the store.

Does the word "Nitro" have any meaning or is it simply a sales pitch? I will check the book again, maybe I have overlooked it. I do remember seeing 12% fuel, if I remember correctly.

Re: RC10GT Fuel Type?
The percentage is the amount of nitromethane that is in the fuel. 12% or 15% , 10%, 20% they will all work just fine. 20 is just the most common and what i would recommend

Took it out today and it was definitely fun with 2wd and a brake...it made 27mph. Skill required to race this thing for sure!gomachv wrote:Great price, its a RTR RC10gt. Fun truck. Use car 20%. Probably best to pick up a spare glow plug while your at the store.
