I have a rc12 with a dynamic front end. I cant seem to find any pictures or info on this setup.
I picked up a new body and the wheel base is longer, just wondering if its installed correctly.

Dynamic front suspension is the modern front end. If that's what you're looking for you can find the manuals on teamassociated.com. The RC12LC. L3 or L4 all have pretty much the same set up in the front end.

are you referring to the old rc12i independent, or the newer 12L stuff?

here is a tread on the old 12i style...

So it appears I have the rc12LW chassis with 6 hole front and the front suspension of a rc12L which has 8 holes in front chassis. which gives me no position to mount body posts and the WB is about 5/8 too long.

Here's a diagram of the RC12LW front end with the Dynamic front suspension, maybe this will help maybe not.

Thats the diagram I was using but the front of my chassis has 6 holes in the front not 8, the front 2 are gone and the shape is straight not the "c" shape where the body posts go. I tried moving the entire suspension back 1 hole and thought I may need to drill new holes, but now its too short of wheel base?? Im tring to fit a TBG nissan GTP body, and I dont really want to hack up a perfect grafite chassis.
Ill post some pictures soon.

Yep, pictures of what you have would be good.

Instead of drilling new holes for the arm mounts you can drill one or two holes for the body posts between the front two suspension holes.

your chassis is the original LW for the old style front end. the body mounts attach to the top of the front arms. they added the ears to the front of the chassis when using the dynamic strut setup because you can't attach body mounts to it.

i also believe they had a short and long wheelbase chassis (maybe you have the long one). and being as though that's a tbg body that was most likely pulled from a mold of the original, it's smaller in scale to the original, which isn't helping your wheelbase issues either. neither is the inline front axles.

As scr8p says, this chassis is for a LW, not a LS.
Inline axles make the car more twitchy, I think nobody used this for 1/12.
