well here she is pretty complete minus the gear box cover, side mirrors,door handles and the side muffler. i really want to strip the paint off the wheels BUT the tires are glued on. UGH! any ideas???? do not want to damage these rare tires.

As farmer said, boiling shouldn't damage the rubber. Try it, then try freezing if boiling doesn't do the trick.
