How do you all keep your E-clips on, mine just want to pop off and get lost non stop.

While you're installing them, or after they're securely on? They should rarely come off if installed properly. Sorry for the large font, but I only have one good eye... nasty e-clip accident at 14.

If they are popping off, they are most likely the wrong size for the application.

An alternative to e-clips are snap rings aka circlips which have been used and sold for R/C applications. Although I imagine they would catch on more things once the part that protrudes orientates itself towards the ground.

Those are a little odd as I'm not sure how they go on. Hopefully there's a slit where the square hole is.

Make sure the grooves are cleaned out well. I had one hinge pin with this problem and it was full of grit.

You can buy snap rings from McMaster-Carr. I have them on my cars since I kept having problems with e-clips popping off too. They are a bit of a pain to install but you'll never have to worry about them again. A good snap ring plier helps installing them.

Someone chime in, but aren't the clips supposed to go on with the beveled edge facing out? Or is it the flat edge?

A problem I ran into when I replaced some missing clips on my 10T:

I found some at the hardware store that were the correct size, but they were just just a tiny bit thicker.
Too thick to properly seat in the grooves. They felt like they locked, but examination with a magnifying glass showed that they were mostly riding over the top of groove instead of snapping down into it.

I caught onto this after I kept losing new clips.

Something to check and watch for.

I think I need to get the pins to turn more easily because the pins on the front a-arms do not turn with the arm but stay stationary in the bulkhead instead making the clip rotate on the arm or on the pin.

I used to/still use a small blob of shoe goo on the e-clips after they've been installed. Works great.

I use e-clips from CRC (Calandra Racing Concepts). You can get them in a 100 pack. They are just a tad thinner than Associated brand .

Can anyone confirm the correct size for snap ring retainers for the RC10/T? I want to order some pieces like the Parma shown above, but am confused on sizing. Thanks.
