How long has Novak made escs? It would have to be really old. Older than anything I know of. I've personally never seen it on any of theirs, but I'm about as far from an expert as you can get. :oops:

It it possible, the earlier Novaks did use a similar switch, but it had a shrink tubing type cover- I'm digging through some old pics trying to have an example.

Looks like it, though mine have red and black wires.

That was the original style switch. So 84-85. I don't know when they went the the second style with the gray switch.

Come to think of it, the early tekins had the same switch. I'll post a pic when I get home.

yeah, I was gonna say it looked like a Tekin switch too. Then Novak moved to the one with the little gray button with heat shrink over the body, and tekin moved to the one with the black or red back plastic cover.
