Hi All,

Just joined and wanted to introduce myself. I have been into Radio Control cars since the early 90s, my first real RC car was a RC10 Championship Edition and from there I got into nitro, on-road, etc... Got rid of all my cars when I went to college. I just recently got back into the hobby when my wife gave me a RC10 B4.1 for Christmas. Well the car bug bit and now I have a total of four cars.

I have been looking over the forum threads for the last month while I was restoring my team car and everyone seems so friendly and knowledgeable.

Anyways, time for the cars:

RC10 Team Edition - Fully Restored, I have titanium turnbuckles on it but I was able to source the original white turnbuckle set from Japan. I don't plan on putting them on at this time.

What the heck is an RCL Pro? That thing looks like it was a scale model for Mad Max

Yeah, now that you say it... it could have been a model for Mad Max :D The Incident Pro was made by RCL International, a company from Japan that only made a few versions of the Incident in the 80's and never made any other models. The car was only distributed in a a few countries, Australia being one of them. The car was pretty advanced for it's time, even had 4 wheel steering. Based on my research, these are very rare cars.

Yeah, we call him Harley.... manly name for a well.... not so manly dog   What's funny, is that he chases the B4 down the field barking like crazy like he is going to attack it but then I flip the car around and he runs from it scared.... that alone is worth having the car.

Thanks for the compliment on the collection, I think the wife is thinking to herself why did I buy him the B4... look what I started

Don't feel bad. I have a 6 pound Porkie named Buster. It must be the small dog syndrome because he reacts the same way. If I so much as pick up a radio he goes nuts.

Thanks, no re-coating. I bought the chassis NIP on Ebay and I was able to find the front plate and motor mount NIP at a hobby shop... pretty good find.
