FlySky FSGT3B

I ordered one, for $39, with a receiver it seemed worth it. It was $44 shipped I think, but either way seems well worth it.

Anyone here have one? Do you like it? I figured if I didn't like it, I could sell it for what I paid easily.
I'll try it before I buy any more receivers for my other RC's. But I think the receivers are $7 and change, so either way I'll give it a shot.

I love mine...it's cheap but works well, has a few idiosyncracies but when you sort those out, they work very well, and you can control many cars with one radio. It's a good idea to buy extra receivers & servos. ;)

That's one of the features I liked most about it, remembers more than one car. And its WAY cheaper than a similar Spectrum tx/rx set up.
Now I just gotta save some pennies and either get my brushless setup for my xxx sct, or get a rtr brushless sc10. Im leaning more towards the latter, because its already set for brushless. I have to admit this xxx sct is the first losi vehicle I've actually liked. It handles like a slot car on the indoor carpet track. But call me a "fanboy" I just like associated vehicles more.

How does the throttle and steering feel with that transmitter? Probably a lot better than mine.

I love mine too, with memory for 10 cars , and such cheap receivers, I Have one in each car.
Receiver is very small and fits everywhere.

The only issue I can think of is the GT3B is a bit confusing to adjust servo travel, if you find your steering servo is rotating too much or not enough. I was pretty frustrated trying to find out how to adjust this, I spent HOURS trying to find this info on the 'net, but nobody really had a good answer. All I could find was that the servo travel WAS adjustable via the Endpoint Adjustments, but nobody had a clear answer as to HOW.

I finally figured it out myself through a good amount of trial & error. I posted about it here, maybe it will come in handy for you:

It is a decent radio and you cannot beat the price. Out of the box, the radio is a bit limited with a few settings. you can easily upgrade the firmware using a $25 kit or you can send the radio to many guys who can do the upgrade for you. You get many new features with the firmware upgrade which most will never need.

I just finished upgrading the firmware and placing a bearing in the steering wheel. I machined several sets of pan car wheels months ago and I had a reject laying around so I machined an adapter and replaced the steering wheel with an aluminum one. I am happy with the outcome of the radio. The wheel is a little bigger in diamater than the OEM wheel. It looks huge in the one pic but is actually not bad at all.

You will not be disappointed even if you decide to stick with the OEM stuff.

I love the one I bought for my son, heck, radio & 3 extra receivers cost less than one receiver for my Spektrum.

Hope they don't drag their feet like they are doing with the gensace batterys...or any of their batterys as far as that goes.

Same here, I've been checking on the site quite a bit. If I happen to miss them, a friend of mine I race with said he would order me some when he orders more for him. So this way I don't miss out. I am very forgetful.

Did you guys check hobby king? They have a hkGT3b. I'm guessing that it's the same unit but with hobby king stickers, hence the HK instead of FS (or vice versa). Check it out and see of its comparable. I think they were $9.99.
