Gold Pan 4X4 question
A guy down the street from me has an old gold pan car with what looks like an after market 4X4 conversion w/ belt drive. There is a drive gear sticking out of the stealth tranny, and a really small little gear box up front by the steering. The belt is missing and the rest of the car is not complete (sorry I don't have any pics), but does any one know who made that? Was it factory? I'd really like to buy it from him any ideas what it might be worth?
Thanks!!
Kevin
Thanks!!
Kevin

Re: Gold Pan 4X4 question
Honestly, if it is in good shape it is worth whatever he wants for it

Remember it's either a runner or a shelfer. Everything else is just parts.

That was exactly the point of his single post.Lowgear wrote:Tell him to sell it to me. Actually, you have a PM. (It's worth a shot)
I'm betting he is the same guy as last week... new s/n.
He mentioned on rctech that he had 2 of these kits.

Re: Gold Pan 4X4 question
I've been talking to him over PM about it. He met a guy who has an incomplete RC10 with the MIP 4-10 kit on it. He didn't know what it was so he came here to ask about it and what he should offer the guy for it.
