CNC running Old is New RC10 arms (Video)
Hey guys I took this video when I ran the sets of RC10 and Losi arms last weekend. I had to check my settings on this first set before I let the machine go, (feed rates, plunge rates, etc). This set of arms took approximately 11 mins start to finish.
I sped the video up a bit becuase I ran this set slow. I ended up running a 2 flute, HSS endmill at 55 inches a minute for the rest of the arms which cut the machine time down to about 4-5 minutes each complete set. Needless to say the machine really sliced right through the material and made quick work of the arms.
Enjoy the video.

Thank you.
I have to say this would have never happened without MVice. Miguel did the drawings for both of these sets of arms. All i did was use some CAM software to program the machine and make the cuts.
Miguel, I have not seen you here in a long time but if you do read this, thank you for your help.
