skatepark bashing

Post by slim_chance »

Me and a buddy got together and went to a local skate park today I took my the pede and he took his new sc10 brushless. That thing is freakin fast! But that's another story. The pede did pretty good getting some big air to include runing up a 6ft virtical ramp and able to land it on all 4's. Lost three body pins broke my cheap lighting set up all to heck radio came out and pushed the back body mounts through the body. Yeah I had fun! Can't wait to chang it and the rustler to brushless and lipo!

What is etiquette when sharing with skaters in a skate park? Obviously turns are taken, but do they mind?

Well we had a good couple of hours run time to ourselves when a skater showed up. We ended up running in the grass and dirt for a little bit until we decided to go run on the track at our LHS. Thought it would be a good idea to let the skater have it since it is a skate park and to avoid a highspeed collision wi th any part of his anatomy. A pede or an sc10 going all out would freakin hurt

My son and I just go early in the morning to avoid any skaters. If any show up we just leave or pull out the skateboards and join them.

There is a sign up that says no motor vehicals but I figured this is more for the mini bikes and such.
