I'm trying to beef up my rc10t and I read about the b4 top shaft and I was wondering if a stealth trans from an b4 would work in my 10t
I found one on eBay it said it is an rc10t4 stealth with ball diff and rpm gear cover
Or should I just buy a new top shaft
I'm trying to get my ol 10t going I would like to go brushless and maybe try to race it
Thanks for any and all help

All you need is the new top shaft and slipper/spur assembly. The rest of both transmissions are similar enough that it won't make enough of a difference to go through the hassle of trying to adapt the new trans to the old chassis.

Check e-bay, as you can usually find the whole assembly (pulled from a new kit) for around $15. The same parts at the Hobby shop will cost you at least double. -Jeff

yep on the topshaft/nope on the diff. You only need the topshaft and slipper assy. Only parts that will interchange are those.

ill have to be on the look out for some parts.,
I thought i read somewhere about the b4 diff maybe it was the b4.1 diff.
but iether way the b4 topshaft and slipper is a start right now the truck has some 20yr old motor in it along with the old batts so im going to take my time and try and buy the rite stuff for it.
thanks again
