Question regarding bulkhead

How many different desing were made? I am building a gold tub runner out of used and new parts and after installing the rear shocks I realized that the tower is kinda too much forward. The shocks are at an angle (leaning forward) and not straight when looking at the car from the side. To make it straight I would have to use fairly long spacers on the suspension arms. What is that?... Is this a RC10T bulkheat? Sorry no picts...

I ordered some at Tower but they are backorder... Doesn't look good! :(

1st gen have long wing tube holes and no provision for mounting the inner camber link ballstud under the wing tube, plus the cutouts for the inner arm mount are shallow, only allowing rearmost mounting.

2nd gen have short wing tube holes with an additional ballstud mounting hole below each. Also the cutouts in the bottom allow the rear arm mount to be put in the forward position.

3rd gen is the white World's Car type with the outer six holes lopped off and an additional camber link mounting hole in-between the two upper holes.

4th gen is the same as the 3rd, but molded in black.

There's an interesting thread. I had no idea there were that many versions. Based on the little I understand about suspension designs, I've been wondering what you'd use the far outer holes for on the 9-hole bulkhead. That'd be some severe camber when compressed.

Along the same line, I've been wondering about how to best set up the front end of my 1st gen gold pan. The inside upper link holes make the most sense in my mind, keeping the link similar in length to the tie rod. Also, the length is about the same as the control arm, so there should be little camber gain when compressed. The aggressive camber looks cool in photos, but doesn't necessarily mean the best traction...
