I'm having a little trouble understanding your question, maybe you should simplify...but if you're asking about dying black nylon or graphite parts white, that's not possible. You can't really dye black any other color--all you can do is paint it, and paint will scratch and one day flake or peel off.

Nope

Not possible, the whitener is a "bleach substitute" only for cotton and fabric
Rc10tdriver wrote: i have 1 more question...is there a neon(black light style)dye i see cloths that rr light that figured there was a dye aswell
Nope, that is the effect of the blacklight on whites and bright colors

Not that I have seen

Too much ATM? Do you mean too much Bank, I mean Coin..... errr money?
I will say this, slow down and concentrate on your text input on your phone. Not trying to give you grief but it is very hard to comprehend your questions

I think RC10 talk has just broken the world record for most questions in one paragraph.
Just stick with dying your white parts blue. It will be OK.

No. The only options are to find a RPM worlds chassis which is white or powder coat an aluminum chassis white or paint it.
Painting is not a good idea.

I could only find white wash RIT dye, not a straight white dye.

That's because the technical name for white dye is bleach
