i know i know, 2wd 1/10th cars will always be the most fun, easier to work on, and just all around best but the last year or so ive been dabbling with 1/8th scale and i have to say it has its good moments (when your not dropping half a grand to get it going)

so is anyone else into 1/8th scale? what you run? 'lectric or nitro?

1/8 onroad, offroad, nitro or electric what you talkin about. 1/8 onroad vintage is somewhat spoken around here.

I've been running the RC8, 8B, 8T, and now the 8.2. All nitro, but have been thinking of doing an electric conversion on one.. I had a Kyosho 8th On-Road Porsche 959 when they first came out, but stupidly sold it.....Wish I had THAT one back!

I race my mbx6 during the outdoor season - awesome piece of racing equipment, but nitro has become too demanding lately maintenance-wise. Now the season is almost over and it's electric 10th indoor time, but chances are next year I'll run 8th electric as this is more family-schedule-friendly :)

I do have a few vintage 8th scalers too.
- NiB Mugen Sting
- Two Mugen MRX-2, one my former racer, another one new in parts with chassis signed by Adrien Bertin
- New Built Great Vigor / Hobby Lobby Hunter
- NiB Graupner GepardIII (with broken front bumper :( )
- MRC Rabbit Expert project
- 2 MRC / JMC Bullit's, one of them my very own from when I was a kid :)

8th scale is cool, but 10th electric is still sexier :)
