FERRETTIs Team Graphite ish

This is what I've been messing with of late, I have a number of other jobs to do on it before it's finished but I thought I would post some pics of where it's at. I have a spare white stealth that I think I will fit, the wheels are only temporary, I have another project in mind for them. It still needs a proper clean and a couple of parts replaced but it's coming together nicely I think.

That's quite a nice looking car now! 8) And at least you didn't end up with a trashcan full of electrical tape.

I've been quite lucky with some of my buys, the Sidewinder came with a 6010 I bought as a donor car. All of my projects start with a donor car as I just don't have a stock of parts available and getting decent stuff in the UK is almost impossible. Associated stuff just doesn't come up on Ebay available to the UK very often (certainly no BIN $35 beaters  ) if they don't specify world wide or UK shipping I can't bid either

It's a bit of the same for me in Belgium, most of the aftermarket parts weren't even available back in the ol' school days... big efforts from here to bring them out of home

I think you need to keep some people in the US aware of what you want to bid on. Seems like there are a few buyers here that won't have a problem doing international shipping... BIN items may be more problematic than outright auction wins...but you could make an effort to ask via PM or direct email communication...

I'm sick of this one it seems to have been hanging around in a semi finished state for ages  , well now is the time to draw the line and put it on the shelf.

To be honest this is the least favourite of my shelf RC10, it's just not quite there as far as whiteness, overall condition or correctness :| , however it does have some nice points. I like the Sidewinder, the motor mount and guard are immaculate and I think the CE wheels work quite well.

Since my last update on this I've replaced the chassis with one in a much better condition, fitted a Stealth as suggested, fitted a new wing, replaced a broken front arm, put the CE wheels on it with new front tires and given it another tough clean.

And thankfully that's it.
