I can't ever seem to make a runner!

I got this truck from RCveteran and had all the intentions of cutting it down and doing all the mods to run B4 stuff on it.

So I cut it down, re-drilled the battery holder so it was further forward and in the center to hold my lipos. Then I filled all the unused holes with flexible bumper repair.

I then put on a few coats of primer, wet sanded and then sprayed it with sand textured paint that comes pretty close to the color of the hard anno shocks.

I have the Klein arms but started tinkering with some ideas. For the front end I trimmed the 10T bulkhead so the rpm arms would fit and retooled a T3 shock tower to fit.

For the rear I just put in B3 CVDs and RPM arms. It has B3 rims and rubber all around. I used a B3 gear cover and drilled another hole for it. All the others were also filled before painting black.

It looks pretty clean from the bottom. I used stainless screws wherever there was green.

I used a buggy body with a wide wing. (need to but the black wing mounts on) The front body mount was mounted on the bulkhead with the screw countersunk.

I have a Castle system to put in it but I really like how it turned out and really don't want to run it. I guess I will start another one and try to not spend so much time on it.

I love how smooth the pan looks when all the unused holes are filled - novel idea!! I'm going to have to copy that when mine gets a respray. Isn't the front a little narrow using the team car arms with the T bulkhead and nose plate? My guess is its about as narrow as a short arm car - but that kind of fits in with using the protech1 anyway... :D

I can get exact measurements. By lining them up it seems to be in between the two. I was just messing around and liked where this went. If I were to run it I would slap on a standard nose with long arms or a new bulkhead with the Klein arms.
