Login Problem

Question 
Why I can't login here in RC10talk using any computer?
Every time I tried to login this message will pop-up " you exceed the maximum allowed number of login attempts."
Maybe you are wondering, why on earth I have manage to post and ask help now, I'm using my hand phone which is automatically log me in everytime I access this site.
Your input/help will be highly appreciated.
