Nice pics! I'm wondering how big of a showing we could get here in the midwest US? It would be nice to find a middle ground track and set a date to race all vintage cars.

Reggie you gotta watch the out takes in that movie. I like the one where he keeps asking the grocery store attendant at the cheese isle, 'which is this?'.

I believe the best mods they can do with Avante are Egress front tower and drive train like ball diff and center oneway. and later molded lower arms are much better than stock arms on track.

chattering was one of the serious problems Avante family had. the universal drives made the arms shaken badly. later posi-point universal was the worst thing they ever made. but newer CVD style universal and machined upright work much better than ever. they run well with lightweight Lipo batteries and improved hardwares now

I remember my friend and I trying to run 4wd mod off-road; I with my Thundershot and he with his Avante(guess who's parent's had more money). I couldn't get 4 minutes to save my life. :(

Great event! 8)

EDIT: We were running against Yokes, so run time wasn't my biggest issue!
