This car will have some custom parts and some adapted parts but it will be a simple modernized RC10.

I will show one part for now,

I love the cut of that chassis. Very pleasing to the eye! Should be a great build.

No double deck on this one, no need. This chassis is a bit thicker than a standard RC10 chassis and it is very rigid. I am very please with the shape this chassis, it is a bit shorter than the standard RC10 because it was the material I had to work with but I am using RC10 vintage rear arm mounts that can be more back and forward so I will have some flexibility on the wheel base of this car.

This project will be a mix of 2 of my past projects,
RC10X 01 custom

and
RC10evo Old-New

Did that material come with the kick-up or did you do that yourself? Did you cut this one with a handsaw or power? Very nice. 8)

I got this plate with a 20deg K/U 2 years ago from Reg. I designed a chassis to work with a worlds front end and with a RC10GT rear bulkhead.

I did the some handsaw and some power dremel tooling. In this one I did more Power than usual and I really like the results.

I got most of the parts but I am cutting some new towers out of G-10 and need to decide on some other parts. :D

Yes, it's a B3 servo saver steering. I am using the same on this new project.

I have been so busy with work (the kind that pays the bills) that I haven't spent any time on this guy; I have all the parts except the custom ones that I have to make so my apologies for not following up on this.

I am afraid this might become a scr8p style build that takes several years.
