Looking at it a little closer, I think someone is pulling a prank on a buddy.
A) I think that's a Toyota van, not an Odessey.
B) Look at the old school T.V. 'boomerang' antenna on top of the roof. Whens the last time you saw one of those on a car?

I think someone's burning their buddy by putting his phone number on a silly ad. If that's true, that makes the ad even funnier!

I'm pretty sure it was posted as a joke. That van doesn't look like a North American model, and the Asian signs probably indicate this pic was taken in Japan or something. Unless it's from China-Town in Toronto.

For poos and gigglez I searched the phone number in the add... it's used in another add from a neighboring city, selling a cell phone.

I think its pretty obvious that its a joke. Google Japanese vans if you want to see more.
