Hi all, I recently re-discovered an original RC10T kit that my uncle put together in the early 90`s. He assembled it and thats as far as he got, never ran it, never installed electronics. The kit # is 7011(if I remember correctly). Problem is though he couldn`t find it when I was over, just the box. Pictures on the box showed a mechanical speed control and bushings?Gonna try and talk him into "lending" it to me for my shelf.lol. My question is, did this kit come with the optional front skinny wheels or no? He couldn`t remember.

The 7011 is the sport truck, gold shocks and bushings- some black, some white and no skinny fronts

Ok, thanks. What other options are there for shocks from associated for these trucks. Sorry to ask, I`m sure that knowledge should be mandatory but I`m a total newb to these classics.

I don't know a single part number to a single kit(I'm dead serious  ). You don't have to be an encyclopedia of vintage to love classic r/c, but it's nice to have friends that are encyclopedias... 8)

I'm more like a wikipedia...I might be wrong, but I'm free!

For the 7011 it was top loading golds with black aluminum caps, the 7001 and 7035 team trucks had the greenish hard annodized shocks-
