Wow! :D

I thought the HPI Cuda, Mustang, & Camaro were cool...

This is the best looking body I've ever seen from Protoform.

Ok,

Let's get a classic scale Trans-Am series going... the gangs's all here!

I'm sure there's plenty of tired touring cars out there just dying for a make-over!

Yep,

One of the (at the time) "Big Four" from the late 60's early 70's...

Ford, Mopar, Chevy, & AMC.

Sweet. I was hoping HPI would do the 1970.

Count me in, my plan from the beginning was to do a proper touring car job of the '70 AAR Cuda on a Turbo Optima. I still have a ways to go yet!

Very cool looking Javelin...I've always loved the classic bodies, but I'm not much into race cars anymore. Here's mine.

And the HPI will be painted to look like this (I know it's not a 67, but it should do)

I believe he's referring only to the decal sheet, not the body--which is an HPI Vintage Series '70 AAR 'Cuda. The body uses a 260mm wheelbase I believe, and has front width 200mm, rear width 210mm, IIRC.

Correct, just the decal sheet. You are on our known for the HPI body, paint and application.

BTW, I've done pretty much all of them:

Sunoco Camaro
Smokey Yunick Camaro
Shelby American Boss 302
Bud Moore Boss 302
Posey Challenger

Great stuff! That era of Trans Am rocks! Went to Laguna Seca back in 2002 for the Monterey Historics, no words can describe what was there. I was blown away.

Err....I don't suppose you know of a 1/10-scale Challenger body (vintage era, not current) in existence, do you? I'd sure love one! 8)
