I've been gathering parts to build a new built "hybrid" box art t2. hybrid as in new built with rpm and factory team parts too. i still have a few things to go but got to thinking how much would this new built be worth? v. a new built. how much would a nib go for? should i put them money I've put into this toward a nib?

I'll you what everyone's thinking, check the completed listings on Ebay and search a few other forums for listings. I know it's not the answer you are looking for but sometimes doing the homework yourself pays off in more ways than just you figuring it out on your own.

I would bet that the cost difference between you building one from NIP parts and trying to find a NIB example of the T2 is going to be a wash.

the NIB complete truck *might* be cheaper, but will most likely take alot longer to find and then you've got to contend with others looking for the same thing.

making the truck with team parts and rpm parts will give you a stronger truck probably, so it ultimately depends on what you want to do.

are you looking for a pristine shelfer? Off load the parts you have accumulated and start looking for the NIB example. Otherwise, stick with what you've got....

ive looked and have not seen a nib t2 to compare the pricing. i guess i'll keep collecting parts. i think its one of the cooler 10's the shape of the chassis are shorter production
