I waited patiently but I picked up a used gold chassis on ebay for about $15 shipped. I am excited to restore my childhood RC10 and use my worlds car instead. Besides my old one has the 6gear and the newer one has the stealth.

wow, $15 shipped, you cant even get white mounts for that price on ebay anymore. For all white mounts and a chassis for that price, good deal.

See, I feel the same way. if a chassis has been modified and is really hacked, yet usable, it might be worth stripping and adding color to give it new life. (suggestions on the best way to strip the color off?)

I did search the forums and it seemed like most people agree that the original RC10 nose has a 30° angle? I also saw a couple threads that mention a 20° or 25° nose angle?

I'm looking into having a custom carbon fiber chassis made but want...

Busting out the trusty B4 again and want to move the shorty LiPo as far forward as possible. I have a low profile servo in there and was thinking of removing the front wall of the battery box to move it right up behind the servo. Has anyone done...

Hi

i am building a RC10B2 and I wonder what are the differences between the short (shorter :o ) and the standard chassis. My concern is if in the short one will the body fit and how much I will need to modify the body. thanks for your help!

I don't remember and am too lazy and busy to dig out to measure :roll: but I think they are about 1/4 different. Body should be fine on either.

Hey guys, this 'thing' arrived with the parts lot I just picked up from ebay - yeah the RC10 bug has hit me pretty hard. Any idea what this thing is? Looks to me like a chassis sheet cut into a custom onroad chassis. Total hack, but I guess a 14...

I pick this up for $10 a few days ago for the shocks but it's a real high end chassis and like to get it going. I look for hours trying find out what band and model it is but nothing. The only mark I see is tech on the control arm but still no luck...

looks like I'm going to be checking ebay alot I can't even find a manul on it . I don't need much ball stud a belt and a spur gear I'm sure I can find parts that can work hopefully. Thanks for the help guys
