Nice action pictures, but you have to find a better way to attach your transponder!

Thanks guys.
I was racing 5 different classes that day and didn,t have time to play around with the mounting location.
It was fast and easy to do.
I agree it looks stupid but it worked.

Re: Transponder Mount idea.....
Make a lexan template of the aluminum roof panel. Take the roof panel off. Use it as a template to drill the mount holes in the lexan panel. Remount the alum roof with the lexan roof sandwhiched underneath it. Now that little sunroof opening section will have lexan under it. Use a body reamer to punch a transponder hole through the lexan. Mount the transponder inside the driver cage with mount sticking up through the sunroof. Body clip and viola'.....clean reusable mount location that keeps the transponder out of harms way and no holes punched through that nice vintage body.
Oh yeah.... Great action shots of a great looking car!

That looked like a house transponder. Besides a nice clean mount location, and probably more important, I was also thinking about protecting that transponder.

Those look like Triumph front wheels, but what are the rears? Are they Nitro Evader BX? B3?
Thanks.

Front wheels are indeed Trimph ones.
The rear are Ofna CRT.5 Truggy wheels.
They bolted straight up are 2.2's and have a wide off set.
I have modded a set to run the narrow front 4wd tires on my Lazer ZX too.
