Best replacement vintage ESC wire options?

Quick question, and I wasn't able to turn anything up in a quick search so ...

... what manufacturers do you all look to for replacement wire for vintage escs? Much of the silicone jacketed wire available presently is superb in quality, flex, ability to solder, etc, but it also tends to be extremely glossy. Has anyone found a source for high quality vintage-style matte wire for refurbishing the Novak T1 / T4 era black / red / blue wired escs to near-factory appearance?

I just wind up buying wire from Tower. But, I'd love to find giant spools of silicone sheathed wire in many different colors.

Which Tower wire are you purchasing? I'm curious because the "noodle" that I've picked up from HobbyKing and Tower (most recently) and even the vintage hot pink and black Trinity I have in my box do not approximate the appearance of the stock Novak esc wires. Not having a modern Novak esc, I don't even know if they use the same stuff anymore.

Has anyone else rewired a vintage esc with a wire that they can recommend in terms of vintage appearance?

I looked at the Novak wire a little while ago, but not having purchased an ESC (other than used vintage) in the last, like 15 years, I didn't know if it was a good match for the old wire.

I guess I'll find out! Thanks.
