Hey everyone, just found this channel with the 1991 Off Road World Champs in Detroit. Awesome race!!

I'm not spamming but I did post this in the Yokomo forum as well since both the RC10 Stealth Car and the Yokomo YZ10 were the winners. I'm sorry to say but watch how much better the Losi cars worked as compared to the Stealth Car at this race. I'm a huge Stealth Car fan but Kyle Reed handed this race away. Watch his car through the "Surf's up section".

I have raced on this track quite a few times in my years, traveling up from Florida for Team Associated and Composite Craft.

that was some top racing, masami is the man!! 4wd is there too with the works!

i was at the event. this track is 6 miles from my house (but now concerts are there). i was about 14 and my dad was so bored but i was in r/c heaven. i remember guys in the crowd talking about the new rc10t being awesome lol.

i was there when masami drove a yokomo around the track with his feet!!

Cool stuff; make me wander how a B4 would have driven in that track at that time.

Tracks like that are what brought me back in 1/8th scale. I wish there were more interest in running 1/10th on dirt like that.

Watched the videos. Masami was great, like the track, small jumps, super loose, the rooster tails were nice on acceleration

I was a spectator at that race. It was my home track as a kid growing up in metro Detroit. Oh the memories.
