RPM 10T Rear Hub Bearing Size?

I got a pair of RPM rear hubs on a RC10DS from treehugger. He had 3/16 x 3/8 bearings in it, but if I kept these bearings in and drove the car, the complete assembly would fall out! As the hubs have no inner bearing retainers! In other words, the hubs have a 3/8 hole from right to left! I assume, these hubs should use a flanged 3/16 x 3/8 bearing right?
I looked on RPM's site and only found the bearings for the GT type hubs. These are not the same. I don't have pictures of my RPM hubs but they look like the 10T/T2/B2 type. I would like to use these hubs on my RPM Tiger RC10T. Do I use flanged 3/16 x 3/8 bearings? I'm thinking the axle will be too short to make up for the extra width of the flange?
