G'day Guys
Heres my newest addition, a stock RC10, as apposed to my RC10 beetle http://www.rc10talk.com/viewtopic.php?f=35&t=15909 which some of u may remember. We recently had a 4 hour vintage enduro in Sydney & 1st & 2nd place were RC10's. I was lucky enough to drive a friends Losi which was awesome, but it was then that I made my mind up that the Beetle had to go & in it's place I had to restore my RC10 back to a standard chassis/body etc.
So the sort chassis & sand scorcher body found a new home & a standard chassis & repro body was found to replace them.
I have had the chassis Ceramic coated to give it that brushed alloy look, anodised red screw kit, 3racing shocks, Sand Scorcher driver , Wild One drivers head, working headlights, windscreen wiper, number plates which a friend made me Australia RC10 decals for & of course my 2.2 inch alloy wheels from Bugle.
Took me ages to work out a paint scheme, finally I ended up going in the garage & using every single can of Paint I had, a bit of a bitza but no too bad.
I think there is a vintage meet coming up in a months time in Sydney so I'm looking forward to running it there.
I also have some numbers & team Associated decals for it as well, but I will fit them for the track.
regards
Jak
