I have just rebuilt my ball diff that came in my Ultima.
To my surprise this ball diff is so crude in its design. Has no polished drive rings and no thrust bearings just rides on washes.
Is this right or have i got a dud diff.
Thank you.

Re: Kyosho Ultima Ball diff???
There should be small 1.5mm thrust balls, 5 i think, between 2 thicker washers plus the bellville (spring) washers. If there aren't any balls in there that it won't work. Fine for a shelfer though
