Older Cox Kit Experts

I've been out of touch for a bit, started working a new job (at a hobby shop no less) and haven't had much time to play.


Had a customer ask me about the old Cox kits. he claims to have an old VW Bus version. haven't found much in my brief searching, but perhaps one of you knowledgeable gents and or ladies might know or could point me in the right direction. is it worth shooting low and trying to re-sell high?

I'm pretty sure it was Testors that made the Bus. They made a Bug, VW pickup, & a '57 Chevy too, but they were all much less detailed and more toy-like than the Cox line up.

Cox made a few different vans. I don't recall any being of the VW variety. I suppose it is possible though. If the customer could bring in what he has it might have the manufacturers name on it some place. A picture would help considerably as well.
