rc10 c.e. 6011

Post by scr8p »

i picked this up off of ebay last year. i hadn't done anything with it until today. there's some scratches on the tub, but other than that, it's in terrific condition. it definately wasn't used much at all. it wasn't very dirty when i got it, so it cleaned up nice. i tore it all down, soaked all the parts, rebuilt the shocks and the diff, and through it back together. there was no receiver in the car when i got it, so i need to find an era correct futaba for it. but, it does have the 148 servo and a mb210cb esc.

Sanitary. :D

I'm about to embark on my final version "black gold" 6011.

Anyone know if the last versions had black or silver nose brace tubes?

Did the final cars get the alloy front axles like the trucks did?

This one's getting full bushings, MSC, Tru-Stock motor, etc. About as non-hopped up as possible.

Which Futaba receiver are you looking for, I have a huge bag of them...

Pretty sure there's some R102's and R112's which are era correct. 75Mhz, instead of "surface use only" these are probably "shelf use only".

I thought 75Mhz was surface use only.
He's an idiot. Comes from upbringing. His parents are probably idiots too.
