i dont know jack about onroad cars.
i won these for $43

1. The Tires are Really nice condition, but dry foam, what can be used to restore them? wheels are definetly original, so i would like to save them. can it be done?

2. Are the Manual Speed controllers worth restoring or replacing (are they available anywhere other than rare ebay auctions for suitable replacements?) i can take better pics.. the sweeper arms definetly need to be replaced

3. i think i asked in the other thread, but can anyone help with identification? one was said to be a parma panther, i can find any pics anywhere clear of one. the wheels are yellow on the one and appears to be panther wheels. the one with the white wheels has a plastic chasiss, yellow wheeled one has a black fiberglass chassis

any ideas? would like to restore them up a bit.

the front end on both cars look exactly like jomac's im not sure if the first panther came with that front end.
i looked through threads on here but there are so many, ill keep looking for you though.
