Tamiya Holiday Buggy knock off???

Anyone know what the name of the company was that made the knock off of the Tamiya Holiday Buggy back in the day? It had a black body shell vs. the blue shell and its own kind of electrics but everthing else was a spot on match. A friend was asking and i'm drawing a blank on this one. Thank you in advance
