Anybody for cauliflowers

Post by tizeye »

As you guys no doubt know the national sport here in New Zealand is Rugby...what has this got to do with cauliflowers?..check out the pictures of men with "cauliflower ears" these ears are caused in the scrum http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scrum_(rugby) where the players ears and heads grind against each. if you have ever watched a game of first class rugby the brutality would have blown you away...no helmets..no padding.(or very little) and they play for 90 minutes with a 10 minute break in the middle...none of this switching half your team around at every play..or that strange habit of throwing flags down..
These guys are often proud to display their ears as a sign of strength. (or stupidty) they can be prevented by wearing a simple leather helmet that covers their ears. But it's all about being macho right? We are a strange lot down here sometimes..

I am assuming that none of those players went on to careers as brain surgeons or chemical engineers.
Oh yeah, that's dead sexy right there.... now if only it would catch on with the women.
The preceding contained opinions, beliefs and thoughts that all may not agree with. No offense was intended at any point. Carry on.

Nasty. I know wrestlers (not the WWF kind) get that too.
