Dynastorm
New build. Maybe a candidate for 2wd at the 2011 Vonats??
Maybe not the most popular 2wd buggy out there, but it reeks of quality. Typical Tamiya.
I got it already painted. I would have opted for the 2 tone if I had my choice...

Re: Dynastorm
I really like these buggies.A guy runs one at our vintage get togethers and it is so smooth and quite. He said they are known to break easy but also said he has never broken anything and there is a company that does some cool aftermarket parts.I have been looking for one and they neally all end the auction early on ebay so they must get offers they cant refuse.Very nice buggy you have there.I think these were one of Tamiyas best 2WDs.

Re: Dynastorm
These are great rides! I've driven mine many times and haven't broken anything. Still looks mint. People who really race these hard have complained about a fragile front shock tower, broken rear arm mounts and broken front bulkhead. The slipper sure is big and heavy but I think it works well.

Re: Dynastorm
I haven't looked into it on this car. I have an Astute I plan on building with all the Tamiya hop-ups on it. Thought it would be cool to replace the bushings with bearings till I realized it would take 32 of them!!! $32 for bearing suspension? Nah, bushings will do.tamiya wrote:anybody bother putting ballbearings in the suspension arms in these?
