I was reading the AE manual for thr Worlds RC10 & it makes a point of stating that only the Associated 3/32" carbide diff balls should be used & if replaced with a new set they should even be all from the same batch!
I just wondered how critical is this? I'm re-building my diff but noticed that a couple of the balls have dull spots on them, I have a whole bunch of brand new 3/32" balls that I got with a Lot of old Losi spares I brought recently - would it be that much of an issue if I used these? Or should I buy a new AE set?
Thanks in advance
Dan

well of course their gonna say.... only use the associated diff balls.
it doesn't matter what brand they are, just replace all of them.
