When I anxiously open up the box, I'm 'Whao'! The packing style i simply #1! All my stuffs are cushioned by 4 air filled bags to minimize shuffling during the long flight journey. This is to avoid any possible VOMITTING!

My hands itched and I took a overall view shot of the stuffs I ordered from Tower with my wife's mobile phone. This is my first order with Tower and my second order is on the way when their Viper shell are in stock. I need more of those black RC10 parts! I think the black parts are more durable than the whites. What you guys thinks?
Last but not least, I think that Tower had showed me their professionalism! I am a VERY HAPPY customer!

Tower is a great company. I have only had 1 problem with them in the 10 plus years I have been buying form them. They would not give me a tour of their facility the last time I was in Chicago. That is it. Can't blame them. I am sure they have stuff to hide plus the liability of me being in their warehouse.

I once bought a 45" Scarab from them and it showed up without the compartment cover. Not their problem, they just sell stuff from Dumas, they don't package it. But they called Dumas, got a cover and quick shipped it to me. Kudos for Tower. They are top notch.
He's an idiot. Comes from upbringing. His parents are probably idiots too.

I've only just started using Tower, being in the UK the customs implications always put me off, but that doesn't seem to have been an issue providing I keep the value of the orders below $75. They are a great supplier and I have had no problems at all, I will continue to use them in the future. :D

Finally I've found a reliable source for my RC10!!!! Too bad Tower doesn't carry Nikko Brat products! Hehehe!!! Will continue to order from them though i'm from the far away Singapore! Just to share, the postage is mere US$10.91 for all my stuffs and the big box! LOL! Two thumbs up for Tower!

Getting stuff to the UK from Tower can be hit and miss regarding customs. If the parts are small enough to go in a jiffy bag it will usually sail through, especially if the packer is kind enough to mark it as "commercial sample" :D If your parts have to come in a box (one of those giant ones!) it will get stopped and you have to pay the duty and vat on it. What irritates me is the post office charging you an extra £8 for 'processing' the fees, no matter how small the duty to be paid. Most goods from the US get stopped, which is why I mainly order from Japan or Hong Kong as they are usually packed in such a way that they sail through customs almost every time.

Still works out cheaper than buying stuff over here though.

I must have been lucky as that has not my experience terry.sc, I've had two boxes containing bodies (which indicates their size once you include towers packaging) with no problems/issues and quite a few smaller boxes, unless I'm going to receive some sort of bill through the post :?

8 pounds for processing fees? Hmmm... that's alot!

By the way, which websites are you ordering from in Hong kong and Japan. Care to share what brands they normally carry?
