I picked this up on eBay, looks to me like associated but I could be wrong all help is appreciated... :?:

Looks like a Bolink, but I couldn't say which model.

Looks home made to me, nice job though. associated has the spur gear on the other side.

Huh, I didn't even notice that. I'm guessing it was re-built backwards by accident. I doubt they would put the spur on that side, but you never know. That thing would fly in reverse though!

looks like something advanced engineering would've built in the mid/late 80's.

as for the gear on the left side, being as though it some sort of drag car, it was probably designed like that to have the motor behind the rear axle for weight transfer. it's easy to change the rotation of a modified motor, so it's no big deal.

it's pretty cool looking. quite a bit of 12e/12i parts on it.

I have a question. Does anyone think those decals on the front fender are a little overkill? ( Or is it just me? )

They may be overkill, but I love the RCRC stickers on it...I would venture to say most people knew that track as Ascot.

I would agree the RCRC decals are fine. I would kill those decals on the front fender and leave the hood scoop and the door decals :?:

Agreed and I would take those crappy front wheels off and send them to shodog

OKOK I agree also, I just got the car when I took the pix, but I to love the RCRC sticker I'll probably take most of the stickers off anyway,and Jim send me your address I'll send you the tacnacrafts express mail :lol: :lol: :lol:
