Finished up my psuedo Pro-X resto over the weekend. I have wheel covers and a new set of rear arms (they are a bit yellowed) coming. Body is original, wing is as close to original as I could find.... believe it or not it's from Parma and looks exactly the same. I have a set of original decals but there is one of the side stripes missing of which I need to get printed up.

What gives with the plastic they made the arms out of? I have a new set on the rear of my Pro-X, and they looked like crap out of the package...

Looks great, Lex! Man, I shoulda bought that NIB one from bearrickster! Yeah, those arms yellowed really bad on mine. I ended up dying them. Of course mine was not a great car to begin with. I have a repro body from Brandon (thanks!) now so the XX body will eventually go on a Losi. Is that wing still available from Parma?

There's been a couple of the truck version of this car go for dirt cheap last week on the bay. One was brand new.

The actual part # for the wing is still available in 3 colors direct from Kyosho. FYI

Careful with the wing thing. I thought the same thing and even looked up the part number. I bought one in white and appears that they carried over the part number for the 1/8 scale wing. The wing is way too big/wide. I don't think it's the same dealio, unless I am missing something.

Yeesh! The ones I saw were both electric. The used one didn't have transmission internals or a body but it looked pretty restorable. It went for $10.50.

I can't remember exactly on the new built one but it was a shelf queen and went pretty cheap too.
