I don't know when I will start this, I still need to order some parts from Tower, find a good quality black dye available in the UK (any ideas :?: ), do some dying and await the arrival of some wide asso front arms. :)

Well I'm sick of waiting for my flipping JSP alloys :x so I will have to post this pictured on alternative wheels borrowed from my Coxy composite craft car  It's fitted with Yokomo MBX4 shocks (I think) with a one off Fibre-Lyte front shock tower, I've also got some Andy's arms on the way for it. I'm quite happy with how it's turned out, let me know what you guys think of it. All I need is a body for it now, I have a spare Protech 1 but I don't think that would suit it, I think I would prefer a Viper if it would fit, can any one advise me please :?: Thanks.

look great ferretti. :)

if you want to try and keep it period correct, a viper or a protech II body would be the way too go.

Thanks guys :D , that's what I though Scr8p although with those shocks on it I don't think I can claim it to be period. Like almost all of us I've had bodies on order from Tower FOREVER :!:

Looks fantastic! The blue screws really add a nice touch. I'm planning on putting a viper body on mine, if they ever show up again. :( MIP steering is a good choice too. Thankfully, these are still available.

Oh, I think HPI makes the carbon fiber decal. I use that on the sides of my buggy's wings. It looks pretty convincing. :)

a spare part

Post by asashaw »

does anyone have a spare plastic c-clamp shaped part that is for this kit and holds the rear active camber rod loosely in place to the rear bulkhead? my kit came with only one... I have heard these kits were missing parts a lot, is that true? please pm if you have one of these pieces.
thanks
asa :)
